Group Dance Classes
Boston Ballroom

Dance Center offers group dance
classes for singles and
couples. Group classes start at the beginning of each month and run
for 4 to 5 weeks. Drop in is available during all classes.
The class information builds upon the last class. Steady attendance
would help you to reach your dance goals. If you only come to a few
lessons you will not be able to build the muscle memory on the material
you have learned and will not be very confident in your dancing. We
strongly recommend you to attend all the classes in a series. Check out

For additional dance help in attaining your dance dream we suggest one
of our one on one Private Dance
Programs with our professional Dance
Instructors. During group dance classes we rarely have the
opportunity to give specific corrections to students, that is what a
private dance lesson is for.
You will learn Bronze and Silver figures in the type of dance studied
during the group dance lesson. We try to cover about 6 to 10 figures in
the dance classes including basics great for beginners. You will also
learn about the origins of each dance, beat structure, foot patterns,
partnering, floor craft, and body organization.
Beginners
are welcomed to each class. No Partner is necessary. In each class we
rotate partners. Singles
Welcomed. No dance experience required. Do you like competitive sports?
Are you interested in meeting people socially? Want to meet people who
share the same passion as you...Then Boston Ballroom Dance Center is for
you.
Couples
Welcomed! We have a couples class designed specifically for those
who do not want to rotate partners. Have a new date night doing
something together. Gentlemen are the leaders, ladies are the followers.
No dance experience needed. Have two left feet, no problem. Are you
both sports oriented and competitive, we can help you to work together.
Beginners and Advanced Students Welcomed!
Wedding
Crash Course available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, one hour and
half classes. Make your wedding

Competitive
Group Classes are designed to advance those students who aware of
basic foot patterns in a more serious and technical aspect of Ballroom,
Smooth, Rhythm and Latin Dancing. Competitive
Students must be on one of our Private
Programs in order to qualify for competitive training, a minimum of
three months of private lessons attending twice a week is mandatory for
all newcomers and advanced students prior to competition approval.
Our competitive students are nationally recognized and have placed in
top finals in all dancing categories Ballroom, Latin, Rhythm and Smooth.
